The
South Georgia Media Specialist Conference is dedicated to the professional
development of media specialists in the South Georgia area. It is a conference
for Media Specialists by Media Specialists and provides a forum for sharing,
networking and discussion.
DEADLINES AND CRITERIA
This online application form must be used to submit proposals for a 45 minute
session.
Applications must be
received by
August 20, 2008.
PRESENTERS
A session may be presented by any
number of people, but only ONE complimentary conference registration will be
provided ($75.00). The person listed on the Application to Present as "Presenter
1" (Main Presenter) will automatically be registered. All other presenters MUST
register and pay for the conference.
WORKSHOP HANDOUTS
Handouts are the responsibility of the presenter.
EQUIPMENT/SOFTWARE
Each breakout room: will be equipped with a laptop with Internet connectivity,
video projector, and screen. Presenters are encouraged to bring their
presentation on a CD rather than switching out computers.
